Some campuses have a field and some have a courtyard and a gym. The midway works on any of them, because eight booths need level ground and an outlet rather than open acreage.
Two numbers decide everything: how long a period runs, and how many students leave the building at once. Give us those and the layout follows.

A basketball court or a service courtyard takes booths perfectly well, and drains faster afterward.
A gym keeps the day alive rather than moving it. Height for the tents is the only question worth asking early.
We get there before your first block, build the midway, work every booth through the session, and pack out. No teacher ends up running a game.
Packages are set by tent count, which decides how many games run and how many students we can keep moving. A single grade or a camp group usually fits the packages below. A full-school field day scales past them, with more tents and more hosts, priced to your enrollment and your schedule. Tell us both and we will size it.
