Fort Myers
Every booth has a host, so teachers supervise instead of running games. The rotation is built around your block length, which means classes finish together rather than trailing back in ones and twos.
Two numbers set the whole plan: how long a block runs, and how many students come out at once. Send those and we will lay it out.
The whole grade cycling through booths rather than queuing for one attraction.
A day off timetable that needs no bus, no permission slip, and no chaperone ratio.
Weekday mornings, where the schedule belongs to you rather than to a bell.
A gym or covered area keeps the day rather than losing it, if the height works for tents.
We get there before your first block, build the midway, work every booth through the session, and pack out. No teacher ends up running a game.
Packages are set by tent count, which decides how many games run and how many students we can keep moving. A single grade or a camp group usually fits the packages below. A full-school field day scales past them, with more tents and more hosts, priced to your enrollment and your schedule. Tell us both and we will size it.

It is a licensed Florida business, insured and bonded, with a background-checked team, running the same equipment and the same training as every other market in the Big Idea family. "Excell Preparatory Center's Preschool students had an amazing time at the Big Idea Backyard Carnival and Field Day! The Big Idea team was professional, organized, and arrived on time, making the entire event run smoothly from start to finish. Their staff did an outstanding job engaging and entertaining both the students and parents with fun, age-appropriate activities that kept everyone smiling and involved throughout the day. The energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail they brought to our event exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate their excellent customer service and commitment to creating a memorable experience for our children. We would definitely book Big Idea Backyard Carnival again for our future entertainment and special event needs. Highly recommended!"

Booths running in parallel beat a single queue. Fewer students standing still, fewer behaviour problems.
Tents, games, sound, and stickers, plus the crew. You provide flat space and a standard outlet.
Difficulty adjusts booth by booth, so kindergarteners and fifth-graders play the same games without splitting the day.
April and May book earliest. Schools can hold a date on a purchase order, so procurement timing does not cost you the slot.
Tell us about your event. We'll reply within one business day.
We bring the same midway to school festivals, church events, and company events across Southwest Florida.
