Carnival Games for Orlando Festivals and Community Events

A festival crowd does not turn up all at once. People filter through in waves, and a midway is what holds them on site between the food line and the stage. We bring the tents, the booths, and the people who work them.

Community events across Central Florida.

We work municipal calendars, church campuses, master-planned neighborhoods, and school fundraisers. Grass, pavement, or a closed street - what decides it is whether a truck can reach the spot.

Parks and recreation departments

Resident days and seasonal kickoffs, usually locked to a municipal calendar months before the event itself.

Church campuses

Fall festivals and family nights, where one midway has to cover nursery age through middle school.

Master-planned communities

Amenity-center events for neighborhoods large enough that residents need a reason to meet each other.

School and booster fundraisers

The draw that brings families in, while your volunteers stay on the food and the raffle table.

What we bring to the site.

We load in, build the midway, work every booth for your whole window, and pack out. Your volunteers never end up staffing a game.

  • Striped 10x10 booth tents, raised and struck by our crew
  • Classic booth games with prizes handed out as they are played
  • Trained hosts working every booth for the full window
  • Music through the event
  • Certificate of insurance for your venue or department
  • Setup and cleanup, usually about 45 minutes on each end

Orlando festival and community event pricing.

Community events are quoted rather than packaged, because what matters is how much midway you need and how long it runs. Foot traffic is unpredictable in a way an RSVP list is not, so we size by booth count and hours instead of headcount. Tell us the window and the space and we will quote it.

Three tents, a couple of hours

Eight booth games with a host on each. The scale most church and neighborhood events land on.

Four to six tents, half a day

A wider lineup and a larger crew, so nobody stands in a line while people cycle through across a longer window.

A full midway, running all day

The largest footprint we run, staffed continuously for a full event day. This is the scale we work city events at.

We already do this across Central Florida.

Big Idea Entertainment Orlando has delivered 8,000+ events across Central Florida since 2014, across every brand we run. Every booth is worked by our own background-checked staff.

"Great for our Fall Festival this year. The team showed up and was very enthusiastic and just great with all of the kids. The games were fun and added to the festival experience as well!"

Why a midway holds a crowd better than one attraction.

Nobody waits in one line

Eight booths running at once, so arriving guests always have somewhere to go.

Your volunteers stay free

Our staff work the games. Your people run your event.

Every age plays

Booth difficulty adjusts, so a four-year-old and a middle schooler play the same games.

One vendor for the whole midway

Tents, games, prizes, sound, and crew from one company, on one quote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you staff booths for a full festival day in the heat?
Yes. Hosts work in shifts on long days, so the booths stay staffed and nobody is out in the sun for hours at a stretch. Every booth sits under a tent, which is shade our crew and your guests both use.
Do you bring your own tables and signage?
Yes. The booths arrive complete with everything they need, so you are not sourcing tables or making signs. What we need from you is the space and, if you have one, a spot on your site map.
How far in advance do city and county events usually book?
Further out than private parties, because municipal calendars and purchase approvals move slowly. Start the conversation as soon as you have a date, even if the budget and the schedule are still moving.
Can you position booths along a walking route?
Yes. The booths do not have to sit in one block. Spreading them along a path keeps people moving through your whole footprint rather than pooling in one corner. Tell us the layout and we will place them with your other vendors in mind.
Can you run in a parking lot or on asphalt?
Yes. Pavement is fine, and it drains better than grass after a Central Florida afternoon storm. We anchor the tents differently on a hard surface, so tell us what we are setting up on when you inquire.
